What I do at The HBP Group

I'm the Senior Service Desk manager at The HBP Group. I manage a team of Engineers which includes the 2nd and 3rd lines. I am responsible for the service levels and customer satisfaction that we offer to our clients.

What makes me good at my job

I am a proven manager and leader who can remain calm under pressure and communicate at all levels. I genuinely care about the team that I manage and the service that we provide.

Why I work at The HBP Group

The HBP Group is a company in my hometown and one that genuinely cares about its people and its clients. I get a sense of a real family feel which makes working here enjoyable.

What I do outside of work

As a husband and father, I enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy keeping fit and after retiring from football, I became a qualified football referee so I spend my weekends getting shouted at!

Chartered Management institute Level 5 in Strategic Management and Leadership. ITIL Certified.
