What I do at The HBP Group

I look after the overall client experience ensuring all our customers get a WOW level of service from us and being that key bridge in the company between the customer and the service side of the company. My sole aim is to ensure the customers are well looked after and supported and we deliver our services to them in the manner and to the level we we have all agreed. I pride myself on ensuring all customer's queries and questions are dealt with to a satisfactory resolution.

What makes me good at my job

Years of experience, not only in the business but in the industry. I can leverage my vast years of experience in getting the best and quickest solution to customers' problems, as well as knowing who is best to deal with in the business. I always use those lessons learned; more importantly, to feedback to the business to further improve our service going forward.
I also think the word empathy is really key, so you can understand issues from the customer's perspective

What I do outside of work

I love spending time with my family & friends. I'm really into WWII history - I collect and restore WWII vehicles.
