As Business Development Director my main focus is helping businesses to modernise their ERP software, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In addition to this I account manage customers with Exchequer, Pegasus and Sage for their finance as well as customers of KCPOS, our retail solution. 

My detailed and logical approach helps capture all the information we need to help a company identify their current business challenges and their objectives in order to ensure a successful system change. Often this is a 360 ERP Assessment, which needs a thorough investigation and support for the customer in order to help them make the right investment. I'm organised in my day-to-day work which means I liaise with customers in a timely manner and if I can help them, they know I will ensure the team at The HBP Group responds to any requests.

I've worked in IT a long time and there's always something new to learn and I enjoy helping businesses apply technology to their benefit. Having a great team to work with is important because we spend so much time together day to day, without this support my job would be harder and I wouldn't enjoy it.

I manage to spend some time fishing, and my wife joins me too. We also seem to spend a lot of time maintaining the garden and I help my wife with the bigger projects in her vegetable plot. Our 2 children have left home but keep coming back!
