Senior 3rd Line IT Analyst

I am the Senior Escalations Engineer at The HBP Group. I usually describe my role as handling the toughest cases: escalations deal with the issues no one else can resolve and I handle the cases that even escalations can't fix. My focus is on delivering reliable solutions that create WOW moments for our clients.

Passion. I absolutely love working in the IT field. It brings me joy to help businesses build better relationships with their systems and adapt to new challenges, in what is an ever-changing landscape.

I spend a lot of time reading and learning about emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence and its integration into everyday business operations. It's fascinating to see this space grow and explore both the opportunities and challenges it brings.

Outside of tech, I enjoy hiking and gaming. Lately I've been immersed in Cyberpunk 2077. Exploring new worlds—both virtual and real—helps me stay grounded and inspired.
