What I do at The HBP Group

I am the Software Commercial Manager for the HBP Group, I manage the sales processes and Sales Team members related to the ERP and business systems we provide.

What makes me good at my job

Having worked for The HBP Group for over 26 years in varied roles throughout my tenure, I have met an extensive breadth of business types - as well as qualifying as a consultant in the solutions we provide.  This allows me to have a very objective view of the challenges our customers and prospective customers bring to us and advise on how best the solutions we provide fit their needs and aspirations.

Why I work at The HBP Group

I love what I do and I love working here!  I love solving challenges.

What I do outside of work

Out of work, I have a toddler, so that is another full-time job in itself!  I love films, cooking and entertaining - we are known for our hospitality!  As well as that, I am really passionate about all things WWII and own vehicles and attend events as a reenactor throughout the UK and Europe.

Certifications

I started my software training back in the 90s with Pegasus Opera Windows and have moved through and qualified and learnt the other ERP solutions along the way including Pegasus Opera 3, Advanced Exchequer, Sage 200 and more latterly Dynamics 365 Business Central.
