I oversee the IT Professional Services & Support Desk teams, this involves ensuring our projects are implemented as seamlessly as possible and adhere to our best practice and security baselines and that our support desk teams are delivering exceptional customer service, communicating well with our customers and resolving issues in line with severity and expectations.
