What I do at The HBP Group

I am one of the IT Service Desk Managers here at The HBP Group.  Along with Leon, I oversee the operations of the IT service desk. This covers areas such as: managing the team of engineers, ensuring the correct processes are in place for optimal service delivery, resource planning, process improvement and customer engagement.

What makes me good at my job

I think my technical background - having worked my way up from a junior position on an IT Service Desk myself, coupled with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction makes for an effective combination in this role. 

Why I work at The HBP Group

The HBP Group embodies a lot of the values that I find important personally. From day 1, I have appreciated their people-first attitude to staff as well as the integrity that permeates all actions from the top down. 

What I do outside of work

I love spending time with my family, going for walks with our dog, attending the odd Arsenal match when I can as well as keeping up with the F1. 

Certifications

Aside from my technical certifications I also have an ITIL v4 IT Service Management Certification.
