The Role
As a member of our growing Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for implementing some world class IT solutions for our customers, enabling our Vision, to change the relationship organisations have with technology. Be part of our innovative approach to enhancing our clients' IT environments.

35 hours per week (Mon - Fri).
Responsibilities
This is a full-time role – based at either our Scunthorpe/ Hull Office but will involve occasional on-site presence with our customers around the north and midlands.
You will oversee the successful delivery of all large implementation projects from inception to support handover, managing stage-end reviews, customer updates, resourcing allocation, documentation, risks and deliverables.
You will be collaborating closely with our clients and consultants to seamlessly implement Microsoft solutions to our well-established baselines. Your role involves facilitating the deployment of solutions through considerate project and resource planning utilising technologies from Office 365 such as Project.
You will oversee the delivery of solutions according to our standard baselines, facilitating smooth adoption of new technology for customers through collaboration, engagement, communication and training. Additionally, you'll ensure projects are compliant from a governance, documentation and quality perspective.
This would suit a seasoned Project Coordinator ready to make that next step into Project Management, managing numerous smaller projects with a high frequency / turnover.
Within this role we are looking for someone to oversee a diverse portfolio of roughly 70 projects. This includes approximately 20 major and 20 minor projects, with durations ranging from five to seven days for most, up to 25 days for larger projects, and occasionally extending to one to two months. The ideal candidate will be proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
