We begin with a fast but thorough consultation to understand your business, your existing setup, and what’s driving the need to switch. This includes discussions with key stakeholders and a review of your current support frustrations, future goals, and user environment. We’ll also identify any urgent issues or service gaps that need attention.
At this stage, we’re not just listening, we’re planning. You’ll get clarity on how we’ll take over support, what services you need, and what your new support structure will look like.
Next, we conduct a detailed technical assessment of your current IT infrastructure. This helps us confirm that everything is ready for a smooth transition, highlights any critical risks (such as end-of-life systems), and identifies any “priority projects” that need action early on.
We also begin behind-the-scenes planning for system access, software licences, and vendor handovers, whether you’re using Microsoft, WatchGuard, Sophos, or another key platform.
Once your proposal is signed, we move fast. Your business is onboarded by our Service Desk Manager, who introduces your key contacts, explains how to log and track support tickets, and ensures your team is ready to use our systems with ease.
You’ll also be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to oversee performance, manage future reviews, and act as your strategic partner from day one.

Yes. As long as you’re responsive and not tied into a long-term contract, we can fully transition you within 30 days. We’ve done this many times and have a reliable process to make it seamless.
Most providers operate on 30, 60, or 90-day rolling notice periods. We recommend checking your terms. If you’re in a longer-term agreement, we can still begin the process and time your switch to coincide with your contract’s end date.
In our experience, this is very rare. You own your systems and data, and we work professionally with outgoing providers to ensure a smooth handover. If any issues arise, we’ll handle them.

Yes. Most vendors allow licence transfers immediatly but in some cases we'll have to wait until the next renewal date. We’ll manage the transfer process and ensure continuity.
