The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Software Professional Services Manager to lead ERP delivery across a multi-product portfolio.
This goes beyond project management.
You’ll lead people, own delivery performance, and shape how we deliver a consistent, high-quality customer journey from onboarding through to support.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you’ll influence delivery strategy, team development, and operational improvement.

Delivery Excellence
Ensure ERP projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Bring structure, visibility, and control across all active work.

Strengthen delivery frameworks, improve handovers, and ensure a consistent approach across the business.
Commercial Performance
Own utilisation, forecasting, and delivery performance.
Balance quality delivery with strong commercial outcomes.
Customer Confidence
Ensure clear communication, minimal surprises, and a smooth journey from implementation to support.
Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and support the use of automation and modern tools.
