The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Software Professional Services Manager to lead ERP delivery across a multi-product portfolio.

This goes beyond project management.

You’ll lead people, own delivery performance, and shape how we deliver a consistent, high-quality customer journey from onboarding through to support.

As part of the Senior Management Team, you’ll influence delivery strategy, team development, and operational improvement.

 

What You’ll Own

Team Leadership

Lead and develop a team of consultants and specialists.
Set clear expectations, build accountability, and create a high-performing, confident team.

Delivery Excellence

Ensure ERP projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Bring structure, visibility, and control across all active work.

Operational Consistency

Strengthen delivery frameworks, improve handovers, and ensure a consistent approach across the business.

Commercial Performance

Own utilisation, forecasting, and delivery performance.
Balance quality delivery with strong commercial outcomes.

Customer Confidence

Ensure clear communication, minimal surprises, and a smooth journey from implementation to support.

Continuous Improvement

Identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and support the use of automation and modern tools.

About You

You’re someone who brings clarity to complexity and leads with confidence.

You likely:

    • Already manage people or delivery in a software/professional services environment
    • Enjoy improving processes and raising standards
    • Are commercially aware and comfortable with performance metrics
    • Communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams
    • Care about quality, consistency, and doing things properly

Your Experience

You’ll bring experience in:

    • Managing delivery or professional services teams
    • Project governance, planning, and delivery control
    • Delivering projects on time and within budget
    • Working with utilisation, forecasting, or performance metrics
    • Stakeholder management and communication

Nice to have:

    • ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage)
    • Prince2, Agile, or ITIL
    • Tools like Halo PSA, Power BI, or Power Automate
