We've created some guidance on some of the most common requests and issues we receive. In many case you may be able to resolve your issues without contacting us, or we can direct you to the quickest route to achieve your goal.
If you have a new member of staff joining your team you can request the set up of their profile, set their permissions and request any assistance directly from our portal.
If someone is leaving your organisation then we advise that you inform us ASAP so that we can remove them on the correct date and access to their data can be managed correctly.
If you've received an email from someone, or a company, that you don't want then our guide will show you how to block that sender's email address so you don't recieve them again.
If you're going to be away from the office and would like to forward on your emails to one of your colleagues during that time, this guide will show you how to set that up.
If you'd like to speak to our finance team regarding an existing or outstanding invoice them you can email the team and they will come back to your as soon as possible to discuss your query.
