As our business continues to evolve across both IT Services and ERP solutions, we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help maximise the effectiveness, efficiency and scalability of our sales function.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys improving how teams work, creating clarity from data, and helping people perform at their best.
Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting sales performance, improving customer experience, driving CRM excellence, and ensuring our commercial teams have the tools, insights and processes they need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
Sales Operations & Enablement
Own and develop HubSpot as the central platform for sales activity and reporting.
Support the sales team with CRM best practice, user adoption, training and ongoing development.
Maintain sales playbooks, templates, processes and supporting resources.
Lead onboarding activities for new sales team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed quickly.
Support the adoption of Challenger Sales methodologies and commercial best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity through process improvements and automation.
CRM, Reporting & Commercial Insight
Maintain CRM accuracy, integrity and data quality.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and commercial performance metrics.
Produce pipeline reporting, forecasting and management information.
Analyse trends, opportunities and risks across the sales funnel.
Provide meaningful insight and recommendations that support informed decision making.
Work closely with leadership to improve visibility of commercial performance across the business.
Customer Journey & Cross Functional Coordination
Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery and Operations.
Support the smooth progression of opportunities from initial enquiry through to customer onboarding.
Ensure customer expectations, sales commitments and delivery capabilities remain aligned.
Improve handover processes and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Coordinate internal resources to support customer meetings, business development activities and commercial initiatives.
Process Improvement & Innovation
Drive continuous improvement across sales systems, workflows and commercial processes.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Support the adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies that improve productivity and customer experience.
Lead the implementation of new sales systems, processes and operational improvements.
Challenge existing ways of working and help the business continually improve.
Strategic Contribution
Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to support planning, forecasting and commercial governance activities.
Contribute to business improvement initiatives that support sustainable growth.
Analyse lead generation performance, conversion rates and customer acquisition metrics.
Maintain awareness of developments across CRM platforms, sales enablement, AI and commercial operations best practices.
Support alignment between commercial activity and wider business objectives.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with people who can demonstrate:
* Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement or a similar role.
* Strong CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot.
* Experience producing reports, dashboards, forecasts and commercial insights.
* The ability to analyse data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
* Experience improving processes, workflows and operational efficiency.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
* A passion for helping others succeed and improving the way teams operate.
Desirable Experience
Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology, SaaS, ERP, Telecoms, Professional Services or other business-to-business commercial environment.
Understanding of Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions or Business Software.
Experience supporting commercial teams within a technology-focused organisation.
Knowledge of recurring revenue business models and managed service agreements.
Familiarity with Microsoft, Sage, Infor, Pegasus or similar vendor ecosystems.
Experience working with AI, automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
Right to work in the UK.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Willingness to travel to customer and company locations when required.
