In this video, Callum from The HBP Group’s Tech How Team explains how to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Microsoft Office 365. If you prefer to find out how to set up MFA with written instructions, we have included these further down the page.
1) In your browser go to aka.ms/mfasetup.
2) If requested log-in and for the next box that appears click Next.
1) Select your country from the drop down list.
2) Enter you phone number and then click Next.
3) Enter the code that has been sent to your phone and then click Next. You have now set up MFA for Microsoft Office 365.
