Improved Stock Management

Furthermore, individual items can be tracked, by batch or serial codes, purchased and sold using the Units of Measure feature.
Multi-Currency Support
Sage 200 supports multi-currency and will automatically revalue a transaction itself if the exchange rate on the receipt/payment is different to the invoice. You can enter foreign currency receipts and payments via the Cash Book, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger, whilst your General Ledger reports everything in your primary currency.
Control Financial Periods
Sage 200 supports both Open and Closed period accounting, so sales, purchase, nominal, stock and cash book can be controlled individually. Transactions from each ledger are posted to the accounting periods and filtered depending on the posting date of the transaction. Each period can have a status of Open, Closed or Future and is assigned to either This Financial Year or Future Financial Years.
