If so, this could be the role for you.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands on Senior NOC Engineer to play a key role in our monitoring and automation capability across multi client environments.

Scripting & Tooling Improvements
You’ll use PowerShell and existing platform capabilities to build and enhance automation that improves consistency and efficiency across customer environments.
Monitoring & Alert Quality
You’ll help improve how we monitor environments, reducing noise and ensuring alerts are meaningful, actionable, and drive the right outcomes.

Continuous Improvement
You’ll identify recurring issues and contribute to long term fixes, using trend analysis, automation, and operational improvements to reduce repeat incidents.
Technical Support & Escalations
You’ll act as a senior technical point within the NOC, supporting complex issues and helping raise the overall technical capability of the team.
What Makes This Role Different
This role combines:

• Have a strong interest in automation and reducing manual effort
• Are confident using scripting (PowerShell) to improve processes
• Have experience working in MSP or multi client environments
• Are comfortable working across multiple systems and technologies
• Want to grow into a more senior or leadership role over time
Technical Background We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box but you should be comfortable operating at this level:
• Experience in MSP or multi client environments
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident management
• Experience with RMM platforms and automation tooling
• Good scripting capability (PowerShell preferred)
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, and system performance
Most importantly: you’re someone who looks to improve systems, not just maintain them.
Certifications (or Equivalent Experience)
We value capability over certificates, but the following are advantageous:
• MD 102 (Endpoint Management)
• SC 900 (Fundamentals)
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• CCNA or Network+
• Vendor certifications across RMM platforms
Why Join Us?

• Exposure to automation and modern tooling at scale
• A clear pathway to grow into leadership or specialist roles
• The chance to work in a business that values improvement, not just output
If you want a role where you can develop your technical capability, drive real improvements, and be part of building a more proactive NOC…
You’re going to love it here.
