Monthly Golf Networking Events with The HBP Group

After two fantastic events with Wilkin Chapman and Rollits, we’re excited to introduce our Monthly Golf Networking Events to our wider network; an opportunity for local business professionals to build valuable connections in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

What Are the Business Golf Meets?

The HBP Group's Business Golf Meets are informal monthly events co-hosted with Attis Insurance and AP Robinson, bringing together professionals from a wide range of sectors, including legal, accountancy, insurance, construction, housing, aviation and financial services.

These events are an informal way to support relationship-building, so whether you are nurturing existing partnerships or looking to make new connections, the casual and social nature of the meet-ups provides an ideal space to do just that.

This isn’t about pitching – just a relaxed, memorable way to build relationships and stay front of mind for future opportunities.

When and Where

Our monthly events are held on the first Friday of each month throughout the warmer months and each event rotates venues within the Lincolnshire and Humber area.

The location of the next event will be Laceby Manor in Grimsby, DN37 7LD.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Friday, 5th September.

The day is structured to allow you to complete your morning work before heading out to play:

• 11:30am | Arrival and registration

• 12:00pm | Light lunch and introductions

• 1:00pm | Start of tee-offs

Who Attends and How It Works

The group is made up of business leaders and professionals, typically from B2B service industries. Each attendee is encouraged to invite one or two guests, such as customers, suppliers or business contacts they think would benefit from the experience.

You cover the cost for yourself and your guests. We mix up fourballs so you're unlikely to play with your own guests. This is to help everyone connect more broadly across the group.

• Golf: £25-£40 per person (paid directly to the course)

• Lunch: £5-£10 per person

This ensures the event remains informal and flexible, with no set fees or membership commitments.
