Why won’t my bank reconciliation balance?

If your bank reconciliation won’t balance, it’s usually caused by unposted cashbook entries, unmatched transactions, or issues with your bank feed. We recommend checking these areas first to help identify what’s preventing the reconciliation from completing.

I am unable to amend my SOP prices

If you can’t amend SOP prices, it’s usually because of the order’s status or the permissions assigned to your user role in Sage 200. Check that the order is in an editable state and that your user access rights and pricing configuration allow you to make changes.

How do I fix incorrect posted nominal transactions?

If you’ve posted a nominal transaction incorrectly, Sage 200 offers a few different options depending on what needs changing. We recommend checking whether the transaction can be amended, corrected, or needs reversing and ensuring your import format is correct before reposting any corrected entries.

How do I amend my VAT period end date?

If you need to amend your VAT period end date, this can usually be done through your VAT settings within Sage 200. We recommend following the correct steps to ensure your VAT periods remain accurate and your reporting is not affected.
