As a Microsoft Gold Partner and over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, our IT consultants have helped thousands of businesses plan their IT strategies and then provide full installation and support services to keep them at their best.
Whether you’re an IT expert or a complete technophobe, our IT consultancy services can help to plan your IT network and communicate with you in an easy-to-understand format.
All of our IT Consultants come from a technical background, which means that your advice will not only be based on hands-on experience and vast IT knowledge, but they will also be the perfect liaison for you internally at our business, to ensure all of your plans are carried out exactly as you expect.
We offer free IT Support and Strategy Reviews as part of our service, allowing us to fully understand your business, how you work, any existing challenges you have and where you’re going. All of this information allows us to recommend a tailored solution for you and your business.
For over 30 years we’ve focused on building long term relationships with our customers and this doesn’t happen without planning for the future. Not only can we build you a robust solution which matches your business plans, we can build in plans to adapt it as and when necessary.
Understanding technical IT documents is not something that most people can do, but our visual IT network maps allow you to see easily how your IT network is currently set up, with any issues or challenges clearly highlighted. This makes it easy for anyone in your organisation to understand our advice.

Our IT Consulting services focuses first and foremost on your business, how you work and what you’re looking to achieve. Our process always begins by talking to you, whether in person, on the phone or via video call, so we can ask questions about both your current IT set up and your working processes.
This approach means that we can deliver more than just a technically sound solution and actually provide a solution that fits your business and the way in which you work.
Our first step is always to talk to you via the phone, in person or over video chat. You will have almost certainly called us because you either have a problem, want improvements or a change has happened in your business.
Our goal is to not only understand the current situation but also to understand how your business works, what role IT plays in that and what challenges and opportunities face you in the future.
Following our initial chat, we will review your current IT set up which can be done in person or remotely.
This audit and survey will provide us with all of the technical information to understand how your current IT network is set up, enabling us to not only feed this back to you but also to establish the current state of equipment and configuration.
Our IT consultants will work closely with one of our Senior Engineers to look closely at the details covered in our initial chat and our IT network review.
By combining the knowledge of your business, your current network and your goals we can find the right solution, or a set of options, that will meet your requirements.
In order to make our proposals as easy as possible to understand we visually map out what your current IT network looks like, highlighting any areas of concern. We have used this process for many years and it enables us to communicate complex network set ups with anyone, regardless of their technical knowledge.
We will accompany this diagram, where required, with a diagram of any proposed changes and show you any challenges you have will be resolved. This document will be accompanied by a full break down of proposed work required, equipment needed and all of the associated costs.
We always recommended that our visual IT maps and proposals are presented in person or via video call, including all relevant members of your team. This allows us to ensure everyone understands your current situation and the changes we’re proposing.
Wherever possible we will invite you to join us at one of our offices so you also get a chance to meet our team, see how we’re set up and get to know us a little better too!
Once the process is complete we can provide all of the installation, implementation and support services required.
With over 30 years’ experience in providing these services and a large team of expert engineers we can make the proposals and plans we’ve put in place for you a reality.
Our IT support and strategy reviews can take place over voice call, video call or in person and will establish the most important things about your business, your current IT system and you future plans. From this initial discussion we can make recommendations, including a visual diagram of your existing, and planned IT system, along with detailed explanations of your proposed solution. It takes around 30-45 mins to have an initial chat and it’s completely free!
