Password Security & Management Pack

Protect Your Business with a Fully Managed Password Security Rollout

More and more businesses are discovering that staff have been saving business-critical passwords in personal browsers like Chrome, or in mobile autofill tools without realising the risk. These credentials are often synced across unsecured devices and can be extracted by hackers, sometimes even bypassing 2FA.

Whether you're looking to formalise your internal IT practices or want peace of mind that nothing's slipping through the cracks, our Corporate Password Security & Management Pack gives you a clear, managed path to eliminating this risk.

We take care of everything from reviewing current storage practices to rolling out secure password management tools and staff training, so your passwords are protected, usage is compliant and your IT team doesn’t need to chase every user manually.

Password Security & Management Process

Audit, Clean Up and Secure Your Business Passwords

If your team is storing business passwords in personal browsers or unsecured tools, now’s the time to fix it. Rather than relying on manual clean-up or hoping staff follow guidance, our Password Security & Management Pack gives you a fully managed solution from start to finish.

It’s a structured, end-to-end rollout that audits current risks, implements secure practices and gives your business complete visibility, compliance and peace of mind.

Step 1.
Leadership Storage Audit & Risk Discovery

We begin by auditing locations where corporate passwords are currently stored across your business network.

The purpose is to identify and eliminate insecure or non-compliant password storage practices within the systems your business controls.

Step 2.
Browser Standardisation & Edge Policy Enforcement

To reduce browser-related risks, we require all users to sign into Microsoft Edge using their corporate accounts.

This ensures centralised control, policy syncing and better security integration across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Step 3.
Password Clean-Up & User Guidance

We provide every employee with step-by-step guidance to remove any corporate credentials stored in personal browsers or mobile autofill tools (such as Chrome, Safari, iCloud Keychain or Android). While we cannot access or manage personal devices directly, we ensure the process is simple and well-communicated across your organisation.

We also guide users in migrating those business logins into your approved password manager to create a secure, compliant setup that reduces duplication and risk.

Step 4.
Password Manager Deployment & Admin Setup

Once clean-up is underway, we install and configure your chosen corporate password manager (such as Bitwarden or KeePass) across all required devices. This includes deploying browser plugins, setting up user vaults and configuring shared access folders to reflect your team structures.

User roles and admin permissions are defined from day one, giving your IT team control and visibility across all stored credentials.

Step 5.
Staff Training, Admin Enablement & Migration Support

To ensure long-term success, we provide onboarding support for both end users and administrators. Staff receive training on how to store and access credentials securely, while IT teams are shown how to manage users, recover access and oversee shared logins safely.

We also support credential migration into the new system where required, making the transition seamless and preventing downtime.

Step 6.
IT Policy Rollout & Behavioural Change

The final step is formalising expectations with a clear, company-wide policy. We supply a password and data use policy tailored to your business that outlines best practices, acceptable storage locations and mandatory use of your approved password manager.

We help introduce this across your organisation, ensuring every employee (including leadership) understands the rules, signs the policy and commits to secure, consistent password behaviour.
