At The HBP Group we work together every year to raise money for two charities which are chosen by our staff.
During 2021 and 2022 the two charities that have been selected by our staff are Bliss and WISHH. All of our fundraising efforts will benefit these charities equally with our two flagship activities, our 48-hour game-a-thon and the Yorkshire Three Peak challenges on course to raise the majority of our target.
As well as the money raised by our staff The HBP Group match the target for the year, providing an additional boost for the charities and our team.
In 2019 and 2022 we took on The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge for the first time. This video documents our 2019 journey, over 12 hours (and a bit) where we endured some of the toughest conditions possible! As a team we raised over £5,000 for our chosen charities and enjoyed an experience we’ll never forget.

Every year we have a core set of activities which form the foundation of our fundraising activity. These activities include our Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge and our 48-hour game-a-thon as well as a range of other, smaller activities throughout the year.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks is a gruelling challenge across 24 1/2 miles, taking around 12 hours to complete. People of all walking abilities across The HBP Group have taken part and raised thousands of pounds for our chosen charities in the process.

As an IT company we have our fair share of gamers, so what better way to raise money for our charities than a 48-hour game-a-thon! Each year our team in Scunthorpe cover the first 24 hours before handing over to our Peterborough team to complete the challenge.

The Sue Dixon Foundation was set up in honour of Sue Dixon, one of the co-founders of HBP Systems and The HBP Group, who sadly passed away in 2019.
The Sue Dixon Foundation aims to support causes close to the hearts of members of the foundation through charitable donations.
All of the work we do in this area is kept private, in respect to those people we help, but the great work that is done in our way saying thank you to Sue and to preserve and continue the amazing work she always did herself.
