Over the past few years, I’ve had many conversations with business leaders who are investing in change.
New ERP systems. Cyber security improvements. AI initiatives. Process redesign.
The ambition is there. The investment is there. What’s often underestimated is the leadership effort required to carry people through it.
Over the last two years at The HBP Group, we’ve moved our ERP to Sage Intacct, embedded a new CRM platform, introduced automation, and adopted EOS to strengthen accountability and structure across the business. Each change required more than technical planning. It required clarity, patience and deliberate leadership.
We learned that change succeeds when structure supports it, when leadership is aligned, and when people understand not just what is happening, but why.
In conversations with our customers, I see many organisations navigating similar pressures, strong ambition, significant investment, and a growing need for clearer structure around delivery.
That experience is the reason we created enable 2026.
enable 2026 is our biggest customer event of the year and is focused on one outcome: helping businesses lead IT and ERP change with confidence.
On Thursday 30th April at Forest Pines Hotel in Scunthorpe, we will bring together our senior leadership team and trusted expert partners across AI, cyber security and modern business systems. The day is designed for businesses who want to stay ahead of change and lead it with clarity rather than react to it under pressure.
Why attend enable 2026
Throughout the day, we’ll move beyond broad conversations about change and focus on the practical realities leaders are navigating right now.
From a change leadership perspective, you will leave with clearer structure around how to align your senior team before major initiatives begin, how to communicate change in a way that builds confidence rather than resistance, and how to prevent momentum fading once the initial launch phase has passed. We will explore the frameworks and accountability structures that make change sustainable, not temporary.
From an IT perspective, you will gain insight into how to modernise infrastructure and strengthen cyber security without creating instability. We’ll look at how AI, automation and evolving security expectations can be introduced in a controlled way, how to balance innovation with risk management, and how to ensure systems support the business rather than disrupt it.
From an ERP and finance perspective, you will gain practical clarity on improving visibility, reporting and decision-making. We’ll explore smarter use of ERP platforms, more effective budgeting and forecasting structures, and how to refine finance workflows so they scale with the business rather than constrain it.
You’ll also be able to choose breakout sessions aligned to your priorities, whether that’s cyber security, Copilot, ERP optimisation, reporting or finance, covering specific systems such as Sage 200, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Pegasus.
Most importantly, you’ll leave with practical next steps and a clearer, more confident approach to leading change inside your organisation.
If you are planning significant change in the next 12 to 24 months, or if you want your leadership team aligned before the next major move, enable 2026 has been created with you in mind.
