Each month, Sage release new free, downloadable reports which you can put into Sage 200 to help get even more out of your system and data. Here’s a report for you to download and use for the month of October.

Report / Layout: Customers with Preferred Items by Product Group
Module: Customers

This is a great report for spotting trends and patterns with your customers. You’ll get a good and accurate view of what items are popular in various product groups for each customers, ideal for upselling opportunities.
 
Alongside customer details, the fields in this report are:

• Product group
• Descriptions
• Preferred item(s) code

The report can be downloaded as a ‘.report’ file and the steps to downloading and adding to your Sage 200 system can be found below.

How to Download the Sage 200 Report of The Month

1. Select the report you want to download and click the ‘Download report’ button.

1. Enter your login details when prompted. When the download software and updates window appears, make a note of the filename, for example, sagereportdesigner.report then select Download.

1. In the Save As window, browse to and select the required destination, for example, the Windows desktop > Save.

You have now successfully downloaded the Sage report file.
