Sage 200 Update: What’s New?

What’s New

 

For all Sage 200 variants the 2022 R1 release includes:

  • New features for quotation web screens
  • A new memo tab with sales order web screens
  • Ability to customise the view for new and existing web screens
  • Enhanced API functionality
  • Maintenance updates including changes to platform support, updates for cloud connected features and, the retirement of XML VAT submission functionality
  • Migration tool updates to support migrations from Sage 50 to and between Sage 200 variants

 

Specifically for the Sage 200 Professional 2022 R1 release includes:

    • Release of new web screens for Sales Order Processing and Quotations. There are new forms for:
      • Create Sales Order
      • Amend Sales Order
      • View Sales Order
      • Sales Order List
      • Memo Tab
      • Create Quote
      • Amend Quote
      • View Quote
       
      The update will mean better user experience, greater flexibility with new web screens and you’ll be able to manage your Sales Orders, Quotes and Finances on a browser, giving you that true cloud experience.

 

    • New cross sell, suggested items and alternative item lists feature for new quotation screens. New features for Quotations include expiry date, memo tab, additional status and account on hold warning. That means you can personalise the customer experience and boost every sale. Show you know your customers business and increase your opportunity with personalised quotes.

 

    • Functionality to print and email sales orders and quotations direct from web screens: Create an attachment to send via email and/or print your newly created sales orders and quotes, from web screens, direct to your customers. Wherever you are, you can simply raise a quote/order and print/email to necessary parties. No waiting to get back in the office, no risk of forgetting to ‘send’. Access your sales order and quotes, anywhere at any time and email and/or print to communicate better with your customers.

 

    • Web Screen Preferences: You’ll now have the ability to remove, re-order columns and remember selections. Now you can customise web forms to see the data and information relevant to your role, while saving your ‘view’ to ensure day-to-day you can access Sage 200 and optimise your working day.

 

  • Expanded API fields: now you can connect your product with a wide range of additional solutions available from our ISV Marketplace. Updates to the API include functionality for Sales Orders and Quotations.
