Jugo Systems Becomes Fully Integrated into The HBP Group

An exciting new chapter for Jugo Systems, Kamarin Computers and VisiSoft customers.

At The HBP Group, we're continually looking for ways to bring our businesses, people and expertise together to deliver an even better experience for our customers.

We're pleased to announce that, from 1 November 2026, Jugo Systems (KC Jugo) will become fully integrated into Kamarin Computers, part of The HBP Group.

This marks another important step in strengthening our Group's EPOS offering, bringing our teams closer together and ensuring customers benefit from the combined knowledge, resources and support available across The HBP Group.

Building on Six Years of Working Together

Jugo Systems has been part of The HBP Group family since 2020, when Kamarin Computers acquired a 51% stake in the business.

Over the past six years, our teams have worked closely together, combining their knowledge and experience to support customers and develop VisiSoft, our EPOS software solution.

From 1 November 2026, Kamarin Computers will acquire the remaining 49% shareholding in KC Jugo, bringing Jugo Systems fully into the business and further strengthening its position within The HBP Group.

As part of this transition, Lee, who has been instrumental in the success and continued development of VisiSoft, will become a shareholder in Kamarin Computers and formally take on the role of EPOS Managing Director across The HBP Group.

His leadership will help drive the continued development of our EPOS division, ensuring we remain focused on delivering innovative solutions and outstanding service to our customers.

What Does This Mean for Jugo Systems Customers?

For our existing Jugo Systems customers, the message is simple: you're still working with the same people and the same trusted VisiSoft solution, but with the added strength of The HBP Group behind you.

The integration is designed to make working with us even easier, with a more connected approach to customer service, support and technology.

As a customer, you can continue to expect:

• The same trusted VisiSoft solution: Your existing EPOS software will continue to operate as normal.
• Familiar faces and expert support: You'll continue to benefit from the knowledge and experience of the team you already know.
• The backing of The HBP Group: Access to the wider expertise, technical resources and capabilities of an established technology group.
• Continued investment in VisiSoft: A clear focus on the ongoing development and improvement of our EPOS offering.

Do Existing Customers Need to Do Anything?

We want to make this transition as smooth and straightforward as possible.

There is no immediate action required from existing Jugo Systems customers.

You can continue using VisiSoft and contacting your usual support team as normal.

As Jugo Systems becomes fully integrated into Kamarin Computers, there may be some administrative changes relating to customer accounts, contracts or invoicing.

Where any changes affect you, our team will communicate directly with you, explaining what is changing and whether you need to take any action.

Our priority is to ensure that the transition causes as little disruption as possible.

Strengthening VisiSoft and Our EPOS Offering

VisiSoft continues to be an important part of The HBP Group's technology offering, helping businesses manage their operations through reliable, specialist EPOS software.

By bringing Jugo Systems fully into Kamarin Computers, we are creating a more unified EPOS division, supported by the wider expertise and resources of The HBP Group.

This will allow us to continue developing VisiSoft, supporting our existing customers and exploring new opportunities to help businesses make better use of technology.
