It is simple to restart a device in Windows. Due to how Windows works shutting down might not clear problems due to Quick Start caching what is running at shut down however, restarting instead can solve this problem as it clears the cache.
1. Click the Start menu symbol, followed by the power symbol. Then click Restart.
