In this video, Anthony from The HBP Group’s Tech How Team explains how to locate the VPN client on a Windows 10 device. If you prefer to find out how to do this with written instructions, we have included these further down the page.
1) In some case in may be possible to find the VPN client very quickly by looking in the system icon tray in the bottom right of your screen. Simply click on the upwards arrow near to the time and date and you VPN icon may be available here.
2) If your VPN client is not available in the system icon tray then click on the Windows button in the bottom left of your screen and type “VPN”. This will bring up the VPN client installed on your device, in our example Sophos SSL VPN Client. Click on this icon.
3) Now in the bottom right of our screen we can go back into the system icon tray where the VPN icon will now appear which you can connect to by right clicking and selecting “Connect”.
