In this video, Tom from The HBP Group’s Tech How Team explains how to change webcam and audio settings in Teams. If you prefer to find out how to do this with written instructions, we have included these further down the page.
1) Open Teams, then go to settings in the top right.
2) You can change your speakers settings here to change between them, i.e. speakers and earphones.
3) You can change your microphone settings here to change between them, i.e. internal laptop microphone and external microphone.
4) You can change your webcam settings here to change between them, i.e. internal laptop webcam and external webcam.
