Our structured process of running IT projects has been honed over 30 years and uses concepts from well-known project management process such as Agile and Prince II. Because every step of your IT installation is documented it makes internal handovers to support seamless and you’ll be kept in touch as every step of the way.
If you decide to make an enquiry with us then we’ll match you up with an IT consultant who will focus on understand your business, the technology you use currently and what you’d like to achieve.
All of our IT consultants have a background in the technical side of IT, so they understand exactly what is needed to meet your needs.
As your project moves through our business we’ll assign you a dedicated project manager who will work with the IT consultant, our installation engineers and anyone at your business to organise and schedule all work required, including any third party work that is needed.
You will be kept up to date at every stage so you understand all of the timescales related to your project.
Because we document every step of your process it means that our internal systems are constantly updated with information about your project.
This means that once the implementation phase is complete, our support team have full visibility of the work completed ready to help you out with anything needed in the future.

To ensure that you have a dedicated point of contact within The HBP Group, we assign you an Account Manager who oversees our support contracts with you. All of our account managers have a huge amount of experience in the IT industry and have all worked in a technical capacity, so they understand IT.
As well as providing regular updates, statistics and reviews of our performance, your account manager will also help you with anything else you need from us.
Our IT support and strategy reviews can take place over voice call, video call or in person and will establish the most important things about your business, your current IT system and you future plans. From this initial discussion we can make recommendations, including a visual diagram of your existing, and planned IT system, along with detailed explanations of your proposed solution.
