The Role
As a Marketing Executive at The HBP Group, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make a real impact and put your personal stamp on our marketing efforts. Responsibilities
The role encompasses several key areas of responsibility, including:
HubSpot Management
- Oversee daily use of HubSpot for marketing automation, email marketing, digital campaigns and CRM management.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot workflows, properties, naming conventions, ads, forms and CRM.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics.
- Act as the HubSpot Champion, providing support and training to the marketing and sales teams.
- Continually assess and improve marketing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
CRM
- Support the transition to HubSpot CRM and ensure its successful integration across teams.
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure CRM is utilised optimally for lead management.
- Manage automated marketing lists and personalised email campaigns to targeted segments.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing ROI.
Customer Marketing
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer base to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report on campaign success, presenting key findings and development areas.
- Use diverse channels like email, social media, and landing pages to educate customers about our products and services.
- Assist in planning and executing virtual events, workshops, conferences and networking events that enhance customer engagement.
Knowledge & Experience (Required)
To be our successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands on marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on email marketing, campaign management, and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- A creative mindset and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Knowledge & Experience (Desired)
The below skills are not required to be successful, however would be beneficial to the role.
- Familiarity with inbound marketing concepts and a desire to deepen knowledge of HubSpot tools.
- Basic knowledge of event management and digital campaigns (GA4, PPC).
- Experience in customer segmentation and marketing list management.
