Navigation is the key when it comes to using Sage 50.Once you have the basics, getting to grips with processing and regular tasks becomes much easier.

Down the navigation bar at the left side of your screen, there are a number of tabs
representing each of the processing modules within Sage 50. Dependant on what your company has been activated for, the following modules will be available with the following option groups:

  • Sales (Holds all customer information, Sales Order Processing, Invoicing and Credits).
  • Purchase (Holds all Supplier information, Purchase Order Processing, Invoicing and Payments).
  • Products and Service (Holds all Product Records, and Stock Management).
  • Financial (Holds all Bank Account Records, Bank Reconciliation process, Nominal Records, VAT Return process and Full Transaction List).
  • Diary (Holds the Sage 50 Diary).
