The Role
Based from our Scunthorpe office, you will be part of an award-winning Software team responsible for supporting our high quality, business-changing Accounts Software solutions into hundreds of our customers around the UK.

This is a 3-year program, with the successful trainee graduating to be able to collaborate with our customers, configure systems, migrate data and ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft Dynamics solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency changing the relationship our customers have with technology.

Responsibilities
Within this role you will working alongside our Support and Implementations team to apply your official training into Support or implementation Scenario’s. The aim, to successfully guide clients through the entire lifecycle of software implementation which includes; requirements gathering, design, training, support, and ongoing improvement. You will be responsible for facilitating a seamless transition to new software while maximising its benefits for the client’s business.
To do so, also means working closely with the Support & Implementation team in order to continually review and build upon our project management processes to support successful implementations and facilitate the clean transfer of our customers from Go Live to continued support.
It also means to work closely with the product itself for features and version releases as well as industry knowledge around the processes we implement and to support the business with this knowledge.
Knowledge & Experience (Required)
To be our successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- A huge passion for Software and technology.
- At least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Full Driving License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- AAT Level 4 qualification (or equivalent).
- Business Management degree (or equivalent experience)/
Knowledge & Experience (Desired)
The below skills are not required to be successful, however would be beneficial to the role.
- Previous placement or project experience related to Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Data Analysis.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Finance.
- An understanding of ERP systems.
- Project management knowledge.
- Customer Service Experience.
