As the leader of our business development team, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, encouraging a culture of problem-solving and creative thinking. Your role isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about surpassing them, pushing boundaries, and crafting a legacy of success. As a key player in our senior management team, you’ll be the voice of the business development team in monthly management meetings. Accountable for the overall performance and success of our Business Development Team; and continued implementation and management of our sales processes. Your input will influence decisions, and your commitment to commercial success will be evident in every technical and operational choice we make.
You’ll be implementing and delivering on the strategic vision and objectives of the business alongside the Chief Commercial Officer. Our business development team also hold account management responsibilities. So you’ll be responsible for developing the key account management strategy to help ensure our customers get excellent advice, smart strategies, and solid support from their account managers. Your influence will be felt in every client interaction, transforming relationships into partnerships.
The role will be based from our Scunthorpe / Peterborough office and would be a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented, full of enthusiasm, and takes a proactive approach, possessing the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers with ease.
