A managed services contact provides your business with a “virtual” IT Director who will oversee everything for your business related to technology.

As well as planning your IT strategy they can even sit in management and board meetings to feedback on the performance of your IT network and the future plans for developing it.

Before we start any work we’ll carry out an audit and fully document everything you already have, including any software and applications connected to your network.

Just because you have a managed service contract it doesn’t mean that you are tied to a single provider. In fact, we can work with any other suppliers you have including those for business software, phone systems or any other applications you use.

We’ll even liaise with these suppliers if there are any changes that need to be made (by us, or by them) and deal with any support issues on your behalf, so you’ll never get caught in the middle of any problems again!

Once we have a solid understanding of your network we’ll want to know about your plans too. Whether these are plans for expansion or simply to stick to your IT budget each year, we can create a strategy to fit your business.

Proactive Maintenance Services

One of the key components of a managed service is proactive maintenance. Using remote monitoring software we will be alerted to any issues at an early stage, allowing us to carry out preventative work before it becomes a real problem.

Coupled with our proactive checks and updates we can ensure your systems are kept up to date and any housekeeping tasks (such as removing old users) are carried out. It’s just like having your own IT director, IT manager and IT engineer rolled into one!
