We use 365 Total Backup from Altaro to provide the perfect solution which ensures that all of your Microsoft 365 data, including SharePoint, OneDrive and Emails, are backed up and easy to restore. This is important because while Microsoft is responsible for keeping the 365 services available, you are accountable for protecting your data which is hosted by those services.

Setup of automated back-ups for every licensed user and group’s Microsoft 365 mailboxes, including attachments, calendars and contacts, Teams channel conversations, including private channel conversations and recordings of Teams meetings and files stored within OneDrive and SharePoint Document Libraries.

Configuration of the backup, using the baseline policies for determining frequency, retention and what data is being backed up. This includes notification setup, which alerts our Customer Experience team in the event of a backup failure so our team can act on this and perform a backup.
