Phase One: Detailed Project Scoping

 
Our Dynamics SmartScope™ approach begins with us getting a detailed understanding of your business, your key business processes and your requirements. Working alongside your team we will visually map out key areas of your business to understand exactly how you’re currently working and how it can be improved with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You’ll be assigned a dedicated Project Manager, who will be responsible for creating and managing your project from start to finish. They’ll act as your point of contact for any of your queries and you’ll always have a direct line of communication to them – whether it’s via chat, voice call or video whenever you need them.

By now, we’ll have a deep understanding of your business needs and requirements, and we will have a detailed project plan based on the Dynamics SmartScope™ Packs that you move forward with – now it’s time for implementation.

Our project managers are not only qualified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central but are also AAT qualified as a minimum, meaning they understand accountancy inside out, and will follow PRINCE2 project management processes. This ensures that your project is structured throughout and fully documented at every single stage.

Phase Four: Training and Go Live

On completion of the system implementation, we will begin to prepare for go live with a series of User Approved Testing which will ensure everything meets your requirements. Once approved, user training sessions will take place and can be recorded too, for future use. Your system will then be put live and ready to use, with support from your Project Manager.

Your recorded training will be a valuable asset for referring back to any point and using as part of inductions for new members of your team, or personalised training sessions on each area of the system.

Dynamics SmartScope™ projects are based on our Dynamics SmartScope™ Packs which are the building blocks of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system. Each pack contains installation, set up and training (if required) in key areas of the system to provide you with a project plan which has a fixed scope and a fixed price, so you know exactly what you’re getting and exactly what you’re paying for.

After your data migration, it will be business as usual – plus plenty of extras compared to your previous software. It will provide a good overview of not only individual jobs, but also the allocation of employees, machinery, and other resources that are being used in all projects.
