In this video, Tom from The HBP Group demonstrates how disable Microsoft Teams, and any other application, from Start Up in Windows 10. If you prefer to find out how to disable Teams from start up with written instructions, we have included these further down the page.
If you would prefer Microsoft Teams not to automatically start when you restart or boot up your device then this tutorial will show you how to stop it from automatically starting.
1) Start by going to you task manager which can be accessed by right clicking on the bottom task bar in Windows and selecting “Task Manager”.
2) When Task Manager loads up it should look like the screenshot below, if not click on “More details” at the bottom of the Window.
3) In the Task Manager choose the “Start Up” tab and then select Microsoft Teams and click “Disable” in the bottom right.
