Step-by-Step Guide

Stage 1: Enabling Automatic Send and Receive

1) From within the Microsoft Outlook application go to the “File” tab in the top left and then click on “Options” in the bottom left of the screen.

2) A new window will open and you should select “Advanced” from the left hand menu and then click on “Send/Receive” in the middle of the screen which will open a further pop up window.

3) Within this Window you can change the values of how often Outlook runs an automatic send/receive process and tick the options you wish to enable and the click “Close” to confirm your choices.
