Step-by-Step Guide

Stage 1: Selecting File To Share

1) To start open up File Explorer.

2) Select the OneDrive where your file is saved.

3) Right click/ on the file you are wishing to share.

4) Click on Share.

Stage 2: Changing Default Address

1) You can change the security permissions for file you are sharing by clicking here.

2) Type in the email of the people you are wishing to share with.

3) You can enter a message here for them.

4) Click Send.
