In this video, Tom from The HBP Group’s Tech How Team explains how to set up Outlook for an iOS phone or device, such as an iPhone or iPad. If you prefer to find out how to do this with written instructions, we have included these further down the page.
In order to download applications from an iOS you will need an Apple ID which you are likely to have set up when you first set up your iOS device.
1) Open the App Store on your iOS device click on the search icon the bottom right and search for “Outlook”.
2) Click on either “Get” to download and install the application or “Open” if you already have it installed.
3) Login to your Microsoft account with your email address and password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled then you may need to approve this.
