Stage 1: Blocking Senders
Senders of emails that you consider spam can be easily blocked in Microsoft Outlook and this step-by-step guides explains how it can be done.
1) Open Microsoft Outlook and find an email that you consider to be spam or an email that is from a sender you wish to block.
2) Right click on the email and hover over “Junk” on the menu, which is near to the bottom. This brings up a separate menu.
3) To simply block the sender then click “Block Sender” and this will confirm that you have blocked the sender’s email address. Any emails you receive from this email address in the future will go into your “Junk Email” folder.
