As well as including end user support, it also includes proactive services to ensure your IT network is always running at its best, monitoring software to detect any potential issues, IT strategy planning to prepare you for the future and a dedicated managed services account manager who heads everything up for you.
Your managed services contact provides your business with a “virtual” IT Director who will oversee everything for your business related to technology.
As well as planning your IT strategy they can even sit in management and board meetings to feedback on the performance of your IT network and the future plans for developing it.
Understanding how your IT network is set up, which software it being used and how everything operates is an important part of creating and IT strategy and managing what you already have effectively.
Before we start providing you with our managed it services, we’ll carry out an audit and fully document everything you already have, including any software and applications connected to your network.
