Where are you based and do you cover my location?

We are a UK based company who provide managed IT support and services across country. Because the vast majority of our work is carried out remotely this means that the location(s) of our customers is not a problem.

We have physical offices in Scunthorpe (North Lincolnshire), Hull (East Yorkshire), Peterborough (Cambridgeshire) and Romsey (Hampshire) as well a staff located throughout the UK.

How much does IT support cost?

Our pricing is based on a per-user, per-year model. Costs range from £250 to £800 per user per year, depending on the plan you select and any customisation you add. Use our calculator to get an accurate quote for your business.

Is there a minimum number of users required?

Yes. For our elevate Essentials package we require a minimum of 10 users and for elevate Infinity (all-inclusive package including projects) and elevate Assist (to support in-house IT teams) the minimum user count is 25.

How much can I customise one of your IT support packages for my business?

Our managed IT support service cover every element of your IT network and infrastructure. However, if your IT network setup doesn't fit our IT support packages we can create custom pricing to match your requirements.
