What will the role include?
Based from our Scunthorpe office with an opportunity for remote working, you will be part of an award-winning IT team responsible for implementing high quality IT solutions into hundreds of our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business changing IT solutions into business around the UK.
As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we pride ourselves on offering a premium level of support and are now looking to add another exceptional IT individual to our team with this role.
A full driving license is required as this role has expectations of travel to customer sites, using our company van.
What will the role include?
Within this role some of the key things you will be responsible for are:
- Attending customer sites within the Yorkshire and Humber region, and implementing IT solutions, including:
- Windows Desktops and Laptops Imaging,
- Windows Desktop and Laptop deployment using Microsoft InTune and AutoPilot
- WiFi Solutions;
- Office 365 roll-outs;
- On-site project delivery
- Working within our current implementation teams;
- Developing your own skills and knowledge with your personal development plan;
- Contributing to team meetings each month.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A huge passion for IT and technology.
- Experience in Junior IT Support roles
- Good working knowledge of IT products including Microsoft Windows Server, Core Infrastructure Server Hardware, Virtualisation, Exchange/Office 365, Azure, Security Solutions (Anti-Virus, Firewalls etc.),
- Switches/Routers and Backup technology.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
