What will the role include?
In this role, you will be working with our sales team to generate and deliver sales and account management support to our existing customers and prospects. Based in our North Lincolnshire offices with the option for some remote working (2 days home/3 office) following a successful induction and probationary period.
You will be responsible for preparing, managing, and processing day-to-day orders as required from our customers and supporting our team.
In this key role, duties will include:
- Supporting the sales team with the management and processing of customer orders
- Creating all necessary paperwork as part of the sales cycle for use both internally and externally
- Updating the company CRM system is updated with details of sales activity, appointments, and sales opportunities
- Being responsible for quality control with our sales processes and account management, ensuring that all documents and information are in place and up to date.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience ideally within the Tech/Telecoms Sector or in a business-to-business sales environment.
We are looking for someone well organised, IT savvy, with a keen eye for detail, who has phone handling and helpdesk customer interaction experience.
