How To Set Up Automatic Responses in Another Microsoft Outlook Mailbox

Step-by-Step Guide

Stage 1: Setting Automatic Replies

1) Go to outlook.office.com and log into your account.

2) Once logged in, click on your initials in the top right hand corner and click “Open Another Mailbox”. Enter the name of the mailbox you wish to open and click “Open”. This will open the new mailbox in a new Window.

3) To set automatic replaces click on the cog icon in the top right, click on “View All Outlook Settings” and to go “Automatic Replies”.

4) Turn Automatics Replies on and enter the text you wish to send out as your reply from this mailbox.
