Step-by-Step Guide

Stage 1: Logging In To Outlook

In this tutorial we show you have to use Duo 2FA after it has been activated for your organisation.

1) Start by opening an internet browser and visiting outlook.office.com before entering your email and password. Once you have logged in you will be promoted to set up Duo for your mobile device.

2) Click on “Start setup”, select the “Mobile phone” option and then enter your mobile phone number, ticking the box to confirm it has been entered correctly, before clicking “Continue”. You will then be promoted to confirm the type of phone you are using.
