Stage 1: Converting a mailbox to a shared mailbox

In order to change a mailbox to a shared mailbox you will need to have access to the Office 365 admin centre.

1) In the Office 365 admin centre click on the “Exchange” option in the left hand menu under the “Admin centers” heading.

2) Once the mailbox list opens click on the user account which you wish to convert and then click on “Convert to shared mailbox” and then “Confirm”.
