We offer three levels of our Microsoft Hardening Packs with Basic, Standard and Advanced packages which increase in their level of protection, providing options to businesses with different requirements, data sensitivity, sizes and budgets.
Our most basic level of protection for Microsoft 365 provides the essentials items required for businesses to keep their M365 data safe. This includes configuration for Azure Active Directory, shared mailbox access, disabling auto forwards, disabling of non-required services, portal branding and Multi-Factor Authentication for admin accounts.

Adding to the Basic Pack functionality, the Standard packs provides configuration of Multi-Factor Authentication for web based applications, which primarily covers your Office 365 applications, including email accounts which are the area most susceptible to attack from cyber criminals. Basic and Standard packs are available for any Microsoft 365 plan.

Our most advanced level of protection includes all of the features from the Basic and Standard Packs as well a specific functionality for businesses using Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 or E5 plans. The additional configuration includes archived mailboxes, advanced threat protection, DLP protection, email encryption and conditional access.
